Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and enter into an agreement for services with InterAlpen Holding GmbH as a distance contract, for example via the internet, email or telephone, or away from our business premises, you have a right of withdrawal unless a statutory exception applies.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
You may, for example, use a letter sent by post or an email for this purpose.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you in connection with this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your statement of withdrawal.
We will generally make this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original payment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expires
You may expressly request that InterAlpen Holding GmbH begin providing the agreed service before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires.
If you request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and subsequently validly withdraw from the agreement, we may be entitled, subject to the statutory requirements, to compensation for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
The amount of any such compensation is determined by the proportion of the services actually provided up to the time of withdrawal relative to the agreed overall scope of the service.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
For an agreement for services, your right of withdrawal may expire before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has elapsed if the statutory requirements are met.
For an agreement that requires you to pay a price, expiry of the right of withdrawal requires, in particular, that
- you have expressly consented to InterAlpen Holding GmbH beginning performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires,
- you have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the agreement by InterAlpen Holding GmbH,
and
- the agreed service has been performed in full.
The right of withdrawal therefore does not expire merely because we have begun our work.
Declaration concerning commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expires
If you wish us to begin work before the statutory withdrawal period expires, you should make the following declaration separately and by taking active steps:
☐ I expressly request that InterAlpen Holding GmbH begin providing the agreed service before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires.
☐ I confirm that I am aware that, subject to the statutory requirements, my right of withdrawal will expire before the withdrawal period expires once InterAlpen Holding GmbH has performed the agreed service in full.
These declarations should not merely form part of the Terms and Conditions; they should be confirmed separately when an agreement is entered into online or instructions are given electronically.

Electronic withdrawal
Where our website provides an electronic means of submitting a notice of withdrawal, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal using that function.
If you submit a notice of withdrawal electronically via our website, we will acknowledge its receipt in accordance with the statutory requirements.
This does not affect your ability to exercise the right of withdrawal by email or letter instead.
